Completing an Instructional Design & Technology Master's Certificate plus a Project Management for Instructional Designers Certificate added layers of skill to my expansive foundation and curriculum development.
The insight into cognition and learning I gained from my BA in Psychology and Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, combined with in-depth study during a MA in Curriculum and Instruction, enable me to plan and teach with clear objectives to get results.
While achieving a second MA and Specialist/Coaching License, I developed instructional precision and flexibility that enable me to create personalized learning experiences that reach performance objectives and organizational goals.
Experience on collaborative and cross-functional teams in academic, corporate, and nonprofit organizations developed my professional versatility as well as true appreciation for collective genius.
